Dustin was born in Manhattan and grew up in the suburbs of NYC. He has also lived and worked in Washington, D.C., Europe, and Canada, and now spends his time between New York and Montréal. Dustin works in home studios in both locations, where he uses a HP Envy connected to a MXL 990 microphone through a Focusrite interface. He also has access to a Sennheiser MKH 416 microphone.
Dustin has a strong appreciation of the perspectives and insights one gains from travel, learning and communicating in multiple languages, and making personal connections with people wherever he goes. He is a native speaker of American English, and has advanced knowledge of Spanish, Italian, and French, and knowledge of German and Russian. Dustin holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in international affairs, as well as a Master’s degree in Social Work.
He has trained in commercial voiceover, narration, animation, promotions, and accents.
